Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Bristol, Hybrid – 2+ Days per week in the office
Salary: Up to £50,000 depending on experience

Digital Marketing Manager
Joining a team of six under the leadership of our Head of Marketing, this is a newly created role owning our digital marketing strategy and execution.
You will play a pivotal role in driving the digital marketing strategy and execution, to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences and propel business growth.
Your remit will include the oversight of diverse digital channels and marketing communications. Covering our company websites to newsletters, emails, blogs, website optimization, and multimedia content creation – this will be a varied role during an exciting time of growth for the business.
Seamlessly aligning our digital presence with overarching business objectives, you'll drive us toward a unified and impactful online presence.

Objectives & Responsibilities:
Vaarst is an exciting and dynamic environment meaning these are likely to change as we grow, upon joining your objectives and responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing digital channels including websites, marketing communications such as newsletters, emails, blogs, news updates, and general storytelling.
- Responsible for website optimization (SEM, SEO, PP, UI/UX).
- Programmatic Marketing / Programmatic advertising – implementing automated strategies for online marketing and advertising.
- Leveraging data analytics, trend analysis, and customer insights to optimize performance and deliver compelling content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay informed about digital marketing best practices, industry trends, and new technologies, and share insights and recommendations with the team.

- Previous experience (5+ Years) in overseeing a variety of digital channels.
- Proven record of accomplishment in developing data-driven strategies and implementing solutions to optimize digital marketing performance.
- Storytelling abilities to craft compelling narratives across various digital platforms.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress website management, SEM and SEO.
- Proficient with Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Salesforce for tracking and analysing digital performance metrics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

- CRO Conversation: Meet with our Chief Revenue Officer for a 30-minute discussion. This is your opportunity to express your thoughts on the role and ask any final questions. We'll clarify expectations and ensure this role aligns with your aspirations.
